The Windarra Committee have been busy setting up an on-line booking and payments system. The day is finally here that we can make this available for all members to login. Bookings for the Winter session open after the AGM.

 

To make a booking at Windarra please follow these simple steps:

You will need:

• Membership number (sent December/January via email) or found on your shareholder Certificate (please note that this number varies in lengths and if unknown, please contact the Assistant Membership Officer).
• Access to emails
• If not using Windarra Online, please contact Janene Burns or Robert Lindsay for the PDF booking form. (Their details are found via the "contacts" page).
  
  

1/ Sign in at windarraskilodge.cbdweb.net

2/ You should be directed to a page requesting your membership number and passord. See this example image. If not, select the 'Login' tab from the main navigation buttons.

3/ The first time you use the system you will need to set up a password. Click on "Retrieve your Member Number or password". See example image.

If you know your Membership Number (your certificate number on your shareholder certificate) you can complete the "Get a new password" section, using the email address you receive your Lodge updates at. See this example. This will send an email to your inbox (subject "New Password Request").

If you do not know your Membership Number (your certificate number on your shareholder certificate), you will need to complete the "Find your membership number" section, using the email address you recieve your Lodge updates at. See this example. This will email you your Membership Number (subject "Membership Number Request")

4/ Find the email in your inbox, copy the password then click on the link which will redirect you back to the login screen. Enter your Member Number and your computer generated password from the most recent email.

5/ You are now able to use the new booking form! See example image here

Please note:

• If you use multiple email addresses please sign in using the email that you use as a contact for Windarra.
• Each member, ski club member, junior etc has a seperate log in. You will be able to book in for your whole family through the one log in, although juniors have no ability to book, this must be booked through their parents.
